Looking inside,
From the outside
I remember
A time when I was young
I'm looking at a picture
Of another time
Of childhood days
And summer nights
I suppose I am your average benevolent and ambivalent hopeless romantic. I go on a lot roadtrips, because I love to travel. Music from the 1980's will always be my favorite, because that time period's rock was wicked. I try to always watch sunrises and sunsets, because they are so serene and have a calming effect on me. I adore Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, because he's such an enigma and so hard to read. I think he'd be an amazing person. I have read Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series a million times, because it is wonderful fiction for the more literate reader. I have a rampant imagination, and I always live in the moment. I'm trying to learn to not take anything for granted, and to gracefully accept the fact that I am in no way whatsoever perfect, nor will I ever come close. That's fine with me; I would rather be a work in progress always improving than a piece of perfection with nothing left to do.
